The design of Marketing Associates of Spokane (MAS) is to enhance the personal & professional development of individuals in professional industries in the Greater Spokane & Coeur d'Alene Area. MAS is dedicated to promoting an awareness of our profession and its value to our community. Jessica Green of Brightworks will present Green Building Performance - Closing Gaps Between Design and Results. Now that many LEED certified buildings have a few years of real performance data available, some green buildings have not met owner expectations. These gaps cannot be easily blamed on greenwashing or technical errors. Protecting a green building investment means managing for human behavior as well as technological changes.  Attendees will learn ways to help support good building performance with the biggest payback.
