Campout at The Lincoln Center

February 22, 2013

6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

 

Menu --- $28* Per Person

First Course:

Campout at The Lincoln Center begins with a Baked Potato Bar with all the gourmet toppings.

Second Course:

Northwest “Greens” Bar to include: Idaho huckleberries, diced red onion, shredded cheese, craisins, sliced black olives, sunflower seeds, carrots, julienne cucumber, red bell peppers, broccoli crowns, croutons, ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing & raspberry-honey vinaigrette.

Third Course:

Venison & Beef Station (Chef attended): BBQ beef sliders with horseradish cheddar cheese and venison stroganoff with onions, mushrooms and finished with a mushroom & beef demi glace.

Fourth Course:

Smoked Salmon Station: Display of smoked salmon lox, herb cream cheese, capers, fresh lemon & crostini toasts.

Fifth Course:

S'mores Bar: Decadent build-your-own dessert bar.
