From corporate meetings, multi-course galas, to elegant wedding reception, our menus offer a variety of styles and selections to help make your event memorable and impressive.  We also have a number of pocket friendly selections.  Your Event Coordinator is happy to review the many options available and assist you in designing the perfect menu. The Lincoln Center is fully licensed to serve and sell Beer, Wine and Spirits for your private or public event.  We offer both cash and hosted bar service. A complete selection of spirits, a special order wine list and array of bottled beer is available.  Keg and specialty beers are also available.

Food & Beverage Director Ryan Biesen, SML

In addition to overseeing the Food and Beverage service at The Lincoln Center, Ryan Biesen is also Spokane’s only certified Sommelier.  His expertise includes the recent design of a distinctive wine list with special attention to Washington wineries. A wide range of options allows a beverage service to be designed to meet your taste and budget needs.
Ryan is happy to offer a complimentary consultation to assist in pairing food and wine.  He can also assist with specialty options that make your event standout such as a Champagne Toast or Signature Cocktail.
Ryan also oversees our banquet staff trained to enhance the overall guest experience.  “Our goal is to go beyond the clients expectations with both presentation and service,”
Ryan previously served as Food and Beverage Director for The Spokane Club, the Red Lion Hotels and the Mirabeau Park Hotel/ MAX Restaurant.  He is a 2011 recipient of  the Wine Spectator Magazine Award of Excellence.
